Our Story

From Humble Beginnings to a Thriving Community

In the summer of 2023, a small group of Malayalis living in Offenbach am Main came together through a simple WhatsApp group "Malayalis in Offenbach". What started as a casual space to connect and share experiences soon blossomed into something much more meaningful. As more families and individuals from Kerala began arriving in Germany and settling in Offenbach, the group steadily grew—bound by shared roots, culture, and the desire to support one another in a new land.

Recognizing the strength and potential of this growing network, the community took a significant step forward and officially registered as an association in the summer of 2025. This milestone marked the beginning of a new chapter—one focused on unity, cultural celebration, and mutual support.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to:

• Celebrating our rich cultural heritage through festivals, arts, and traditional events.
• Helping newcomers settle in by offering guidance, resources, and a friendly support system.

What We Do

Since our formation, we have successfully organized a variety of cultural programs, family gatherings, and community support initiatives. From Onam and Christmas celebrations to Grill festivals, and orientation sessions for new arrivals, our events are designed to bring people together and create lasting memories.

We believe in the power of community—not just to preserve our traditions, but to build bridges, offer help when it's needed most, and create a home away from home.
